Adelaide Bank engaged us to lead the development of their new website. Of primary importance was the establishment of a premium user experience that was both relevant to their target markets and effectively communicated the bank’s product offering.

In close collaboration with Adelaide Bank stakeholders, our team undertook extensive customer research, applied relevant UX methodologies and developed a user interface design that accurately reflected the personality of the brand. Our designs were then handed over to a third party for coding and implementation.

Based on our research, a fundamental component of our UX methodology was to present the user with multiple pathways to content. This was established through the implementation of mega-menus, tiled content across landing pages, clear calls to action and 'fat footer' navigation.

Throughout the development of interactive prototypes across both wireframes and design, we undertook extensive user testing at each stage to ensure our proposed UX and UI solutions were meeting user objectives, and that content was easy to find.
